1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging TechXGrowth for custom software development services, you agree to comply with these terms, applicable laws, and individual statement of work (SOW) agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stipulated in a signed Master Services Agreement, all custom software deliverables are transferred in full to the client upon receipt of full payment.
3. Limitation of Liability
TechXGrowth provides software engineering and consulting services under industry-standard warranties as specified in respective project contracts.
